Our Renewable Fuels Development Strategy
As Kazakhstan moves toward its 2060 carbon neutrality goal, Refinery Trading Group, TOO is positioning itself as a bridge between conventional energy and future fuels. We are pursuing a multi-phase renewable fuel strategy centered around four core pillars:
1. Sourcing & Import Partnerships
We are actively forming strategic partnerships with renewable fuel producers across Europe and Asia to secure supply lines of renewable diesel, bio-LPG, and bio-components for blending.
2. Blending & Distribution Capabilities
In collaboration with select refineries and blending facilities, we are working on integrating biodiesel and renewable diesel into our existing logistics and wholesale fuel framework—enabling clients to purchase customized low-carbon blends for compliance and performance.
3. Research & Market Readiness
We are conducting market studies and customer needs assessments to better understand regional appetite for renewable fuels, particularly in aviation, logistics, and industrial sectors.
4. Policy Alignment & Certification
Our renewable fuel supply chain will adhere to recognized sustainability certification systems, such as ISCC (International Sustainability & Carbon Certification), ensuring full transparency, legality, and traceability.
